I would like to say your services will be better if the following is implemented.. 1. More safety focused packaging on certain type of fragile products like rare books and games and collectibles. 2. Declaration of shipping cost so that receiver doesn't have issues with customs.

I feel the packing wasn't very efficient. Some of the items got slight shipping damage. One package received in a month and the other package a month later.
