Box Flaps/Covers

Pls ensure both box flaps cover the content completely when closed.For this parcel that u just sent,both the flaps did cover the content completely.However the box was opened b4 for custom inspection.There are blade cut marks on the flaps that almost penetrate the flaps & damage the content.

Of all the cards (20lbs) there was only one item that got bent. Thats because I didn’t bubbled it well this time. Due to low value items, but remember to not cheap out on bubble wraps, they can pack well but they can’t put protection magic on your stuffs!
